Move to Blue—kick back and relax

I live a bit of a hectic life and yet find that being in Blue is very relaxing. There’s very little of the typical ‘elephants upstairs’ noise from one apartment to another and management does an excellent job of dealing with any issues.

I've lived all over and in some very nice apartments, but nothing like this. The building is out-of-this-world, the amenities... AWESOME! and people are incredible. As someone that has just relocated from another state, the seemingly weekly events that Blue puts on have really helped make me feel like a part the community quickly.

I bought a new car before moving here and now put about 100 miles/month on it. Everything is within walking distance of Blue. I can even run down the Greenway to Lake Calhoun for a lap—it’s only about a block away.

I was relocated from Seattle to Minneapolis two years ago. Within the neighborhood, there are many desirable locations to rent but Blue really stood out from the rest. Their amenities set them apart as they offer a more boutique/resort-style offering.

Underground parking. Check. Fully equipped gym. Check. Key fob driven, secure entrances. Check. Concierge service. Double-check.
